You’ll feel energized, balanced, flexible and strong with U-Time.
A typical session is private or semi-private and lasts one hour.
It begins with stretching, yoga and pilates matwork and continues to include props (weights, balls, discs) TRX , Pilates Stick, trampoline, treadmill and the Reformer. Each lesson ends with a short centering and mediation.
The lessons are personalized to meet your needs; changing according to your goals that day/week (Therapeutic, Dynamic or Restorative).
