Mindfulness Meditation – Tuesdays 6:00-7:00pm 

                     (with Randi Jo & Whitney Reed).  This is a non-sectarian Mindfulness Class open to all levels.  This class provides skillful tools to calm the nervous system, balance stress levels and benefit overall health.
