YOGA for ADULTS
Randi Jo has been teaching this class since 2004! It’s a gentle all levels yoga class for anyone looking to benefit from the physical and mental advantages yoga can provide (flexibility, balance, strength & restoration). This class does not require any previous yoga experience but those with an established practice are welcome too. You will be lead through slow stretches and relaxation through breathing and meditation practices. It’s a great class if you are looking to work with an injury, focus on basics, pre or post natal, or just want to slow down. This class is fun, educational and feels great!
