Randi Jo has been teaching this class since 2004!   It’s a gentle all levels yoga class for anyone looking to benefit from the physical and mental advantages yoga can provide (flexibility, balance, strength & restoration). This class does not require any previous yoga experience but those with an established practice are welcome too. You will be lead through slow stretches and relaxation through breathing and meditation practices. It’s a great class if you are looking to work with an injury, focus on basics, pre or post natal, or just want to slow down. This class is fun, educational and feels great!

My daughter started taking yoga with Randi Jo in preschool and has continued at her elementary school for the last 6 years. She loves going to yoga and I love seeing how it impacts her life off the mat. I have seen her start to meditate when stressed or excuse herself to do some breathing. I am thrilled that she is learning these skills at such a young age as I believe she will be better equipped to deal with stressful situations as she gets older.
