Mindfulness Meditation Class
This class is for anyone interested in learning about and practicing the basics of mindfulness meditation in a welcoming space with a community of PC locals! The class sizes will be limited and all social distancing guidelines will be followed. Bring your own cushion and yoga mat (chairs will be available). Call 435-655-0999 to register.
