Mindfulness Meditation Class
This class is for anyone interested in learning about and practicing the basics of mindfulness meditation in a welcoming space with a community of PC locals! The class sizes will be limited and all social distancing guidelines will be followed. Bring your own cushion and yoga mat (chairs will be available). To register visit the Basin Rec Website or call the Basin Rec Fieldhouse at 435-655-0999. If you want to join this class virtually, register online and a link will be sent to you 30 minutes before class. You don’t need to be a Basin Recreation member to join this class. A 10 class punch pass can be purchased for only $80.
