Teen Y & M Club 2023 – 2024
The Weilenmann teens (6-8th grade) will attend Yoga & Mindfulness with Randi Jo at The Shop for Adventure PE for 2 weeks in October 2023 and March 2024. The Y & M Club will be offered for the students interested in deeper exploration of these practices. The group will meet for 1 hour on Fridays after school and will include yoga, mindfulness, breath work, journaling and conversation. The 2023 intro mini session will be offered at a discount.
